Return Policy

 

Overall Return Guidelines

 

These are FOG’s overall return guidelines. All returns must meet the overall guidelines in order for the individual return policy to apply.

The product is purchased directly from FOG.

The returned product must be in a saleable condition and exhibits no physical damage.

All the original product packaging (including instructions, accessories, trademark, etc.) must be sent back along with the product.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be provided to FOG.

If any of the above conditions and requirements are not met, the item is not confirmed as a faulty good, or the product is not returned with prior approval, the return case will be rejected under this policy. In this case, FOG will not be responsible for any incurring charges.

 

All products can be returned in original condition within 15 days of receiving date.  All return must have an approved RMA ticket number.
